In 1989, Loe Betongelementet AS was founded as we know it today. In 2004, Lars Kristoffer Loe, Kristoffer Loe's grandson, bought Loe Betongelementer AS. The Loe Holding AS Group was formed during the acquisition, consisting mainly of three wholly owned subsidiaries: Loe Betongelementer AS, Loe Rรธrprodukter AS and the real estate company Kristoffer Loe & Sรธnner AS. The parent company is 100% owned by Lars Kristoffer Loe.
