Steel I-section open frame with a haunch and U-section stability pull bars. The frame is anchored to concrete blocks through stiffened base plates with wideners. The moment frame connection is reinforced with column stiffeners. It's an asymmetrical structure solved in the IDEA StatiCa Member app.
