How to add users who are assigned to another license?

User from your organization might be assigned to a different license, usually a trial or an educational license. As each user can be assigned only to one license, you will not able to add this user to your company license. In this case, we need you to contact us with a list of usernames (emails) that you want to link to your license and we will do it for you (they have to share the same domain as your admin email). Just go to the Support center and submit a license case.
